To mark the return of the Glorious Twelfth and the start of a new game season, Musto have today launched their game-changing Autumn/Winter campaign in partnership with The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust.
Be a Master of Game:
Today, on the Glorious Twelfth, Musto have launched an online quiz, open to anyone and invite players to answer five questions that feature in ‘The Knowledge’. Entrants that display the strongest knowledge in the fastest time, will be invited to a live quiz night where they will compete alongside industry professionals for a chance to win exclusive prizes, such as the Whisper Highland Jacket, and be crowned a Master of Game.
‘Masters of Game’ – as the campaign is being called, celebrates Musto’s 10 year partnership with the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust and the relaunch of their redesigned Whisper Highland Jacket (available in men’s and women’s), first sold 31 years ago.
This latest campaign is also in collaboration with an online shooting platform whom you might well have heard of – GunsOnPegs. GOP focuses on raising awareness about responsibly organising shoots and how one can support sustainable game management and countryside conservation, as proposed by the GWCT in their recently published handbook: ‘The Knowledge’.
You see, it all links nicely together! Here, at In The Country, we are delighted to be doing our bit (regardless of how big or small that may be) to help to spread the word and support Musto, the GWCT and GOP in raising the vital awareness needed.
Here’s can I take part in the quiz?
It’s easy! Just click on the URL and it’ll take you straight to the quiz page. Here you go: https://www.musto.com/default/masters-of-game-quiz.html
Talking exclusively about the launch of the Masters of Game campaign, Emmie Brown, Head of Brand Marketing for Musto said:
“Masters of Game is all about raising awareness. Just as we protect the participants of our sports, we want to help protect the environment in which these sports take place. Along with the GWCT and Guns on Pegs, we want to educate people about sustainable shooting. Whether you’re a regular gun or you’ve never picked up a gun in your life, our aim is to start a conversation about game conservation and explore how responsible shooting can in fact enrich Great Britain’s countryside.”
Chris Horne, Managing Director of GunsOnPegs had this to say about their latest partnership:
“I am delighted that a wonderful brand such as Musto has decided to immerse itself within the core of shooting, celebrating the work of the GWCT and emphasising the importance of The Knowledge to game shots is key to the future of the sport and the protection of our countryside.”
I’d love to know if you are entering the quiz, we will most definitely be giving it a go here, in the ITC office.
Until next time…
Lots of love,
