Hell… ‘ho ‘ho ‘ho everyone!
I know Christmas is officially over now – sad face – but in my family it isn’t truly over until the 2nd, following my birthday on New Year’s Day so, excuse me but I am still full of festive spirit!
About a week ago I was lucky enough to be contacted by the lovely Violet from Bloxham PR to say that the stunning ‘County Equestrian Jewellers’ were interested in a collaboration over the Christmas period.
If you haven’t already heard of ‘County Equestrian Jewellers’, I was first introduced to them earlier this year at Burghley Horse Trials. Instantly I fell in love with their unique and innovative equestrian inspired jewellery.
Each piece is handmade by Chris Stead in his workshop in Worcestershire, England, headed up by his partner Christina Peppercorn. The business was founded over 15 years ago by Chris’ late father Robert Stead, following a
beautiful picture posted by County Equestrian Jewellers on Instagram (see here…) wondering if Robert would be proud of where the business is now, 10 years on… I can safely say, I am sure he would be and I think it is safe to say you will agree with me.
Each piece is unique and extremely personal to each owner. You have blossomed into an amazing business with stands at some of the country’s most prestigious prestigious equestrian and country events.
If you’re like me and like simple yet stylish pieces of jewellery, that shout sophistication rather than big bold statement pieces then you will LOVE this.
New this year, the Small Snaffle Bit Chain Bracelets were designed for customers who prefer the existing snaffle design originally on the bangle, but with a smaller eggbutt Snaffle Bit centre and a thinner chain design.
This beautiful piece is available with a silver, brass (two tone) or 9ct gold centre.
The bracelet came beautifully presented in this box boasting a classy, high end feel to it at an affordable price of £45.00!
This stunning bracelet is extremely versatile and perfect for so many situations and occasions.
For example, it looks stunning as a single statement piece in a more formal environment, but looks equally as gorgeous in a more country setting.
I decided to wear the bracelet on our Boxing Day shoot, where jewellery is perhaps a little unconventional. I was more than happy to tell people where to find this little gem following some lovely compliments from the gents on the shoot, telling me how much their ‘mrs’ would love one.
It’s a bit late for Christmas boys, but Valentine’s Day is just around the corner…!
For a while now, eight weeks ago in fact, since I shot my first 12 bore I have been looking for a way to cement the memory for a lifetime.
It is a known tradition to keep your first shell, but since becoming a blogger my imagination has just spiralled and grows infinitely… So keep an eye out for some more exciting collaborations between It’s A Country Life and County Equestrian Jewellers in 2017!
Until then, I hope you love the bracelet as much as I do.
P.S I can’t thank you all enough; Violet, Chris, Christina and my incredibly patient photographer. I couldn’t do any of this without you.
Lots of love, Hollie-Ella Xx
