To fast-forward your own self-development in this area, surrounding yourself with people who you feel inspired by and can learn from is a sure fire way to accelerate your own success.
3. Say goodbye to those Negative Nellies and Normans.
Everyone has those colleagues or friends who constantly moan, or bring them down after being in the same room with them. Goodbyes are never easy, and this tip doesn’t need to be finite, sometimes ending friendships or relationships just isn’t really achievable for whatever reason, BUT try in the first instance to set boundaries, so that you’re less exposed to their negativity.
